Help needed..chicks dying 😭😭

I am having my first hen hatch yesterday was the hatch date ..7 out of 12 pipped and three out of 7 already hatched i just took the remaing five eggs and candeled them and there was no movement.. i opened them up and internal membrane was moist chick was not shrink wrapped but all of them have unabsorbed yolk sac ..please can anyone guide me what happened i am soo sad

Sometimes they aren't strong enough to pip or sometimes they just die in the egg.

I opened 3 of them .but none of them is alive all organs were well formed but there was unabsorbed yolk in all of them

Well they don’t hatch until the yolk is absorbed, it happens at the very end so that’s not unusual. Your hen is hatching these? How does she feel about you pulling out her unhatched eggs? You might not see movement when candling if they are resting. There’s a chance some are still alive, give them more time just in case.

Hen successfully hatched 11 aseel chicks i am soo happy..on what day i should allow hen to go out with chicks
