I want to build a 4' x 8' chicken ark pen. I'm trying to figure out what angles I need to cut the ends of the boards at A, B & C so that this all fits together properly. The 3' boards will go inside of the rectangular frame at the base, and there will be a 8' board at the top going the length.

So I need to figure out what the angle cuts are for A, B & C.

I have a miter saw, table saw and circular saw.

If you can help me that would be great. Thank you!

Oops!

That was wrong.

I can tell you that angle A > 60º <90º

I can tell you B = C > 45º

Angle A+ B + C = 180º

Otherwise I would tack your frame together and scribe your angles then cut to fit.

I do not have the math or geometry skills to help you out buddy.

You might draw it to scale on paper or full size on the dirt and measure your angles.
