Help needed! New duckling leg problem

One of our ducklings was externally pipping but made very slow progress more than 48 hours no zip
Only the top half of his beak was out and his leg was in the beak so his jaw was open... Membrane was going brown so I assisted a little and he slipped out but its been 4 hours now that he is on his side or his back and he's struggling hard but can't stand up!

The leg that was in his mouth is not in right position maybe twisted. His beak is also a little misaligned so doesn't close correctly.
It is heart breaking and I have no idea what to do please help!!!!

The little one did not make it sadly.... But we have 5 healthy happy ducklings so trying to focus on those
