help needed- pecking order!!!

Our three hens grew up together and have been very sweet to one another. They just reached 5 months old. Rose(a RIR) started to peck Lily( an araucana) and scare her away when I give them treats!! I know this is natural, but I feel so bad for Lily, she's such a sweet and gentle one.
Any ideas what I could do to soften this pecking order? Can I train Rose in some way to be nice?

The chicks are establishing their order and this is natural, any breaking up of them will just cause them to fuss more with each other when you aren't looking. Don't worry, they'll be fine.

Add another feeder or treat dish so they don't have to fight over food.
