Help needed please on Autopsy/Necropsy ceca contents ****** one graphic photo*****

I did my first bird autopsies on my friend's birds today. Both are bantam birds. One adult male ( been unwell for a few weeks now) and one male a few weeks old.( found dead)
I spotted some anomalies, but the adult male Cecal sacs are perplexing me.
They were packed with this mustard yellow thick paste.
Can anyone tell me anything?

I assume it's the stuff that normally gets emptied out of the ceca every day, but this has collected and become a thick paste texture. There was no sign of any worms anywhere. The bowel looks quite oedematous to me ( based on human anatomy), can anyone confirm that for me?
This cock's Right lung was in a shocking state. The left one was bright red and looked undamaged. I found one (?floating around) caspule, small finger nail sized, that contained a similar substance I think.
