Help needed please.

One of my BCM chicks is (19days old) is stretching its neck skyward and opening its mouth like it is either trying to get air, clear its throat or trying to peep. It doesn't seem to be eating or drinking water that I can tell. I am a newbie when it comes to raising chicks and this is odd behavior to me. I have had my chicks for 9 days now and none have exhibited this type of behavior until today. Any suggestions??

After more observation it seems the chick is trying to get air.
