Yes I thought that, but black legs?!

My cuckoos have white legs but I have 2 Australorp roos that looked a lot like that and have black legs.

They're likely barnyard mixes containing the breeds mentioned.

I'm sorry you got taken advantage of. This happens a LOT with hatching eggs. Always ask to see breeding pens. If birds aren't separated by breed, walk away.
