Help needed! What breed of chickens are these?

Hello all. Was wondering if anyone has any idea about the breed or if a roo or pulley. They are almost 2 weeks today. I have 3 dark ones with whitish underbelly and dark feet and legs. They are more skiddish than my others.

This one is larger than all of them.

Black australorp and a leghorn but it's hard to see the legs.
Those are my guesses.
Too early for gender.
