Help needed with Brinsea 190

I have a new Brinsea 190 and started it to check on temp, humidity etc.

All looks good but now BUT now I need to add eggs and cannot figure out how to get the trays to go flat. When you turn the turning off the shelves jut stay at the angle they are at and you can't get to them to ad the eggs. The shelves need to be horizontal.

I am sure it is easy, just don't know how.
Can anyone help??

Have no idea . . . have you read through the directions for the 2nd, 3rd time yet?

Thanks for the bump.
I just did and just found something on the quick reference page. It is not in the regular instructions where it would be most useful.

Anywho for anyone else who has this problem , it is done by pushing the OK and - button together, and when it gets to horizontal push any other button and it stops the turning in that position.
To start it again you press the OK and - button together again. I also had regular turning turned off at this time, and once the eggs were loaded started the regular turning up again.

What is strange is this I could not find this info anywhere on the internet.
