Help needed with duckling!

One of my ducks just hatched with what I assume is it’s umbilical cord. It seems pretty weak. What can I do to help it?

Congrats on your hatch! The little bit of yolk should dry up and fall off on its own. It's normal for them to be tired after hatching. Just let him be to rest. Keep him in the incubator until he is fully fluffed up (which can take around 24hrs) before taking him out.
