Help Needed

Got a bad deal on eggs. The two pictures show California Quail eggs put into incubator at the same time. I believe one egg was in incubator before I brought it. Can anyone tell me how far this egg is. Both eggs are 12 days in incubator, 8 days left before moving to Hatcher.

The first egg has died in the shell. The second looks to be viable. Hopefully the egg will hatch on time.

First egg I have a small video of moving throughout the egg. Little guy is still alive. Second egg just not sure on due date.

Hi, sorry but I will have to work out how to get videos up. Not go with computers. When I get time over weekend I will look at it then.

Eeeep, old original post, but I still want to know how they turned out too as I'm trying to learn. Looks like egg #1 was a quitter, perhaps died between 3 to 6 days as I see the dark eye but don't see a yolk sac circulatory system. Egg #2 looks strong and healthy, good air sac. Let us know how the hatch turned out please.
