I have a Lite Sussex rooster about a yr old. He went into molting about 2 months ago. It seems he has no strength in his legs, he gets run over by the chooks or falls over and can't get up He is eating well and drinking not sure about pooping. Can anyone help me please. His daughter is doing the same she is about 5 months old.
Thank you

Sorry though I was putting it under sick, enjured, deseased etc.

Some of the symptoms of Coccidiosis are weak limbs and sitting on their hocks, lethargy and lack of appetite...have you dosed your birds for it? I am absolutely not an expert but if 2 of your birds seem to have the same symptoms that is where I would start.

Let me clarify that statement... I would look up the symptoms of Coccidiosis and see if your chickens are having those symptoms. There could also be other issues that could cause weakness like vitamin deficiency, bumblefoot, and several others.
