Help needed!!

One of my chicks has Cocci so I went this am to get the corrid for it. well every place I stopped said oh, we don't have any for chickens just cows. So I got the package of stuff for cows.

How much do I give? Is it a tbsp to a gallon of water? How long do I give it (5-7 days right)? Oh and one last thing, can I also give yogurt while they are on the treatment? I need to get it to the birds asap though. The one bird has been pooping blood since yesterday afternoon?
Thanks again!! Oh and the chicks are 2-3 weeks old if that helps.

Thanks me too. I'm pretty sure I got them this way, the conditions they were in were not exactly the best. So far only one is really sick so hopefully I caught it in time.
