Someone break down Coccidiosis for me please!

I really appreciate your help from last night btw. It’s just some friends I spoke to about it made me doubt myself so I figured I’d ask one more time, just to make sure I don’t jump into anything rash. But I think you and everyone else are right on this one here; might as well treat them.
No problem, I just don't want you to hesitate out of worry, they'll be fine. ;]

Corid will nor hurt them but coccidiosis can kill them.
Would you know what dose i need to put in a chick waterer as a preventive? Life happened and i got some chicks this evening. They have been vaccinated against that sickness so that’s good

Vaccinated chicks should not be given the medication unless they have symptoms that require treatment. Treating unnecessarily can negate the effectiveness of the vaccine. The vaccine is usually a spray on that they ingest, and then when exposed to the coccidia they develop resistance without getting sick. Like all vaccines, they are not 100% effective all the time, so observing for symptoms is still needed. So not recommended to treat them unless they actually become sick.
