Is there any way to get my 7-8 month old Dominique hens to set?

Welcome! These birds are very young, and the pullets are very unlikely to become broody this year. Also, early eggs from young pullets aren't best for hatching.

Next year, you might have a broody hen out of this little flock; enjoy it then.
If you want to hatch chicks this summer, get an incubator, and maybe eggs from a clean source.
Hens decide to become broody in their own time, and it's not always when you plan on it. Mine tend to shoot for winter, when I'm not interested, or later in summer, when I'm up to 'there' with chicks already!
