I have a chick that just hatched and it looks like the inside of the egg goo is still stuck on it and also it looks like it has a nipple on its butt. Will that get better what do I do.

From what you describe it sounds like it is still absorbing the yolk sac, and then perhaps the navel has not fully closed. it should resolve on its own. i would just monitor it and leave it be for now. If it looks like things are getting worse, such as, something is trailing or pulling out of the navel, then that would be a concern.

Ok,
I'll just keep a watch on it, right now it has two other chicks with it running or what they do when they are a few hours old. Just dont want it to get hurt.

Watch those other chicks that they don't pick the butt. It probably won't happen, but you know how they are. Keeping a red light around is good for this - it turns everything red so that they're not as attracted to bloody or red or pokey-out bits. That's the technical term don't you know?

I totally agree with the previous poster. Sometimes you get one or two that are like this and most of the time they're fine if the others don't peck them.
