I had 2 baby turkeys hatch today how long does it take them to dry and get up to try to walk ?and when should i give food and water? and what do I give them beings my feed store is closed?

They should dry and up in walking around in about 24 hours. They probably won't be hungry for 24 hours but I always have food available for them on day 1. I always know and am prepared in advance when they are to hatch, so the feed (30% Game bird Startena) and water is ready beforehand. You can try to have a boiled egg for them to eat if you don't have any chick starter. When is your feed store going to open?

All poultry can live on their injusted yolk sack after they hatch for 72 hours or the hatcheries would not be able to ship them through the postal system. Any poultry feed would be better than none. If all you have are pellets, you can moisten them with a little water and try that. Boiled egg yolk may help, but if it is only for a day, or so until your feed store opens, you should be OK. Don't worry, they should be ok for a day or two or even three.
