Help newbie and I have had a surprise hatch 2 days after the others and not sure how to introduce to

I have had a successful 10 chicks hatch from my bator the first nine day20-21 I have left the last 3 eggs in the bator and have had a chick hatch today day 23 now it's dried off and steady (mostly) on it feet *please note I'm a complete newbie to this* how do I inteoduce the new chick to the rest without them picking on it??im worried and love love good advice

Glad you could join the flock! Congratulations on your new chicks that's a great hatch you have had Once the chick is fully fluffed up it will be fine to add straight to the others. I have done this before and all has been fine. They are all of the same age and should be fine.
