Help. Newbie here.

Hello. I am new to this chicken raising thing. My son hatched some chicks for his biotech project and I decided to keep 3. They are now about 9 weeks old. Unfortunately 1 is definitely a cockerel and has to go since he is not allowed to stay in the city limits. The others I am still not sure about. Heck, I don’t even know what breed they are. If anyone can help with breed and gender, I would greatly appreciate it.
