Help.. newby here.. is the black and white a rooster?

I am a new chicken owner and am curious as to whether the black and white pullet in the front is a rooster? Ethel is about 9 weeks old and is very bossy. Sh (he) herds the other chickens and stands more with her ( his) head and neck up like that. I can post other pics if needed. Thanks for your help.

Judging by the stance, coloration, and comb/wattle size, I'd say that you have a rooster.
