Help! Newly hatched chick with bulge on belly

Good morning! Am very new to hatching eggs. Only had chicken a little over a year. Three hens went broody at the same time and have successfully hatched six healthy chicks. Youngest one was hatched three days ago. However, one egg remained and I could hear it chirping so I left it. It finally hatched a few minutes ago and had a jiggly bulge on abdomen. I left it with the hen and went back to check about ten minutes later. Hen wasn’t sitting on it and it was cold. The bulge is gone and now there is just a tiny open place there. It was really cold so I have it under a heat lamp warming up. It’s breathing but isn’t moving or chirping at all. Does choir if she is touched or moved. What else do I need to do and is this ok?

It is also very sticky feeling and stuff when drying instead of fluffy. Should I clean it off with a warm paper towel?

I'd leave it for now, the chick might be too weak yet
