Hello!
Two of my chicks that hatched about 12-16 hours ago are not normal.
1. one chicken is very small, almost just skin and bone. When it hatched the yolk was still attached, and it was destroyed before the chick had time to absorb it.
The chick is trying ti get up on its feet but it’s not strong enough. Is there anything I can do to help the poor thing? Give it any food? Water?
2. The other chick has a lot of fluids under it’s skin! It’s like the whole body is filled with water. It is very squishy. The fluid is clear. Its alot around the back of it’s head, and slo alot on the body/belly. What can I do to help? They have both been in the same hatching machine - I think it must have been something wrong with the temperature.
Please help! Need advise fast. See pictures.
