Let the area dry out. Then re-evaluate. If its just a drying old sack no worries, if some reabsorbs back into its body thats good, if its its intestines and when it dries it doesn't go back into its body then thats not good. I have had ducks hatch with protruding egg sacks, most dry up and the duckling is fine.
