Help! Niacin deficiency? Splayed legs?

I have had my peking ducks for about 2 weeks now. They have been on Purina Gold N' Harvest food.
I noticed one guy was wobbly to i purchased Nutritional yeast and have been adding it to their food for the last 2 days.
I have attached a photo of my one guy that i am concerned about.

Any advice???

How much yeast should i be adding to their food? Lots?

I purchased in from a bulk food store so i dont have the nutritional information. however it did have a lot of niacin in it.
Is there a certain brand i should be using?
