Could she have gotten a peck there from on of the others

I doubt it. All three pullets are very friendly towards each other and close. You can see in the picture gallery that even when she was poorly, the other two were chilled around her.

So I consider it very unlikely.

Aw, thank you! I think so too... and when she does her soft chirping sounds it sends her off the cuteness scale!

Update:

Yesterday when I put her back in the coop with the other two pullets, the Marans was pecking at her when she went for the food scattered on the ground. It was evening, close to sunset, so I reckoned they'd soon be roosting and hoped they'd reset to their previous friendliness in the morning.

They did! This morning when I went down to take some grass, the three of them pecked away happily in a group, close to each other; as before, in total harmony! She's looking "normal"; active, with open eyes and a perky tail.
