HELP! None my pea eggs will hatch!

Today we had one success!! A peachick hatched!! It's bright eyed and trying to walk around. How long do I leave it in the hatchery? Mine has a fan and I don't want it to scalp the baby so was thinking maybe tomorrow moving it!
We have starter chick food is that good?

That is great news!!! Congratulations! I have 4 eggs still in the incubator. I checked the others and only two looked like they had a chick started but then it died. I'm not real optimistic about these. In the meantime my peahen has laid two more eggs. I am hoping she has better luck than me!!!

wow, wish i'd gotten on here earlier. so far we've gotten 103 eggs this year, about 5 cracked = 98 sold 16 = 82. started putting eggs under hens at # 76. so I tried to incubate 81 eggs: only three hatched!!! one had to be culled, so I got two chicks from 81 eggs and tons of work!!! I had the humidity between 50-60, of course sometimes it went a little high or a little low. raised humidity on day 26 to 70-80%. I had tons of chicks fully developed and never hatched. maybe now i'll try one more time with the humidity lower.

if I lower humidity for incubation, what should humidity be at for hatch???

in better news, chickens hatch eggs WAY better than me. got three chicks from 4 eggs under a hen!!! really happy with the hens :)

Are you opening all vents in your incubator? Just asking because this was almost my problem this year, these eggs need some air especially for the last 3 days. And be sure that your incubator is clean from bacteria.

You can candle your eggs at day 24 or 25, if the air sac was so big then you need higher humidity for the first 25 days, if the air sac was too big then you need lower humidity, and you still need higher humidity for the last 3 days.

One last advice is, don't open the incubator a lot in the last three days, if you keep opening the incubator it will loose the humidity, and the chick will get dry fast and he will not be able to hatch, now i try to only open the incubator door once a day at the last 3 days.

I did have the vents all open, but I did open the incubator a lot... hatch with lower humidity went better :) didn't get any chicks, but that was my fault. (I helped which I think killed them :(
I did get a total of 126 eggs so far. two more yesterday but I don't think these would be fertile... he's about lost his whole tale.
