HELP!!! Normal poop or should I be concerned????

One of my hens (1 year old) pooped this weird poop this morning. She’s acting normal and is eating and drinking fine. We recently integrated chicks to the flock but they have been with us since they were hatched. Chicks are not sick and have not shown signs of sickness. Everyone is great except her poop. Is this normal intestinal shedding or should I be concerned about parasites? Thank you!!

Could she have eaten something that caused that the redness. The dark green can be normal. Hope this helps

I'm not sure. They got a bell pepper like 4 days ago but that should passed through by now. They do free range in the evenings and eat bugs so my boyfriend was thinking bugs maybe? She is acting normal, but we are going out of town so I am trying to determine what this could be.. I am going to continue to monitor her poops.
