Help not hatching

I need some help I’m new so my first eggs I had in 1 was not fertile the other grew a chick was wiggling and I waited about 27 days never hatched never broke the shell I did not have a humidity reader at the time or temperature reader I do now so I think that was the problem I now have 2 eggs ready today is day 20 they are both wiggling my humidity is 65% and temp 98 f thoughts on if they will hatch they are shipped eggs if that matter
