Help not sure what to do.

So I have three ducks and three chickens. We are moving and i have to let my rooster go to a new home. Cant have him in city limits. My drake incessantly chases my little white easter egger hen. So i am gonna give her to the people taking my roo. Is it ok to keep my 1 hem with the ducks by her self until i can find another hen? Do you think the drake will start going after her. He leaves her alone now? I can't figure out why he harnesses the EE. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You could make a temporary home for her with a short fence around it. An extra coop would be useful too. That's what we use to introduce new chicks each spring

I would give away the drake not the EE. Bit then again I don't have ducks and don't know thier flock dynamics. I do know that 2 hens is not enough for a rooster unless he is kept separately.

He will very likely target the remaining hen. You might want to give both away or find a home for the drake.

I agree - the drake is causing the problem, cull him, keep the hen.
