Help not sure whats wrong with my chick

I don't feel anything broken and she dosen't seem to be in pain she is eating and drinking I've never had this issue
have you checked the entire leg? if so, it could be a different issue.
some birds in this situation benefit from a chicken chair, whereas others just fly out. I would definitely try to make some kind of splint, because I didn't and now the aforementioned Black Link has healed with a slight limp. if I had splinted her, she would probably be able to walk straighter.

I checked the whole leg it seems to be the hip we have them in a chicken run so plenty of room nothing to get caught on but the 1 × 1 chicken wire

I would start her on some human vitamin B complex that has riboflavin/b2 that could treat a riboflavin deficiency. Is she on chick starter/grower? A chicken sling for periods throughout the day, might help her get in front of food and water. Do you have her in a brooder with chicks the same age? Here are some good pictures of chicken slings in the first 2 pages:

if it's the hip, you could try making a chicken chair. I'm not sure if there is a way to splint a hip............. but from the experience of a human who's had dislocated hips since I was born, once they heal all they do is slow you down slightly. I have heard of birds' hips healing on their own, but it is recommended to keep the chicken alone or with one very calm chicken while they heal, so they aren't getting picked on.

She's on medicated chick starter I have separated her from the other chicks and she's in a brooder with younger chicks by 1 to 2 weeks younger and 2 others her age I've splented it and will definitely be doing a chair

I have a chick from rual kind had her about 3 weeks she looks to be around 5 weeks I went out to the brooder to find her laying down with her legs straight out looking closer I noticed her other legs under her but her feet won't go flat she can move it but not much and the straight leg just dangles when picked up

What's her poop like?

I'd try the Vitamin therapy as suggested, but it would be a good idea to take a sample of her poop to your vet for a fecal float to see if she needs to be treated for Coccidiosis.
