Help! On a new aviary for my quail

Hello I am thinking about building a new aviary for my quail I like this design but I have no idea on how to build it can anyone tell me what I would need to build this from what I know it's 6 ft tall and 10ft in diameter

I have three California quails 2 females and 1 male
