the left leg bowing out and not straight like rest of flock matesWhat is the issue with the chick's feet? You said there was a problem, but it's not described with any detail. Many chick feet problems can be corrected as they're so young and the bones haven't fully hardened.
Splayed leg, slipped tendons, toes that don't point correctly, etc can be helped. Add the details, and you'll likely get the information you need to help your baby.

What are they all eating and drinking daily? Are they getting any electrolytes and/or vitamins as part of their daily nutritional intake?
What sort of material do they have to walk on? Slippery, solid surfaces are a nightmare for chicks as they need traction from day 1 to build their leg muscles.
Are they living in a brooder? How often do they go outside, and what do they do when there?
