I have a hen that will not leave the nest box everytime I go near her she tries to bite me,we have gotten her out and she has no eggs under her. When she goes out to eat the flock attacks her to make her go back into the nest box. What should I do?

Here's what I think could be going on:
1) She could be ill or injured and the flock is driving her away. Take her out and check her over really well for anything out of the ordinary.
2) She's broody. Either giver her some eggs to hatch or break her. If you break her, put her in an elevated wire cage without bedding to cool her underside off.

My chickens will usually chase hens that are lower in the pecking order back into the coop. Its almost like they're saying "what the heck are you doing out here, get to work"! My higher ranking broodies are just butt heads to everyone :p
Most broodies usually pluck the feathers from their check and bellies and use the feathers as nesting material. That'll be something else to look for when you inspect her. Hope you figure our what's going on, good luck!
