Help on which chickens lay the largest eggs

Hi BYC I need some help. I will be ordering 10 new chicks this spring can you tell me which chicken will lay the largest brown eggs ? Thanks

This site has a lot of great information about chicken breeds. The largest eggs will be your RIR, BR, NHR, Welsummer, Wyandotte, Delawares, Chantecler.

Commercial crosses will lay the largest and most eggs.I would suggest the Isa Brown

My Marans lay the largest most of the time.

Old hens lay the largest eggs. My oldest is 3 and her eggs just get bigger and bigger.
