I am going to try and help you the best I can... If it sounds like I am talking "down" to you I am not I am just trying to make myself easily understood...

(read disclaimer in my sig line...lol)

ok here we go..

in the top blue bar you will see "uploads" 8th over from the left click on that this will open up another internet window.

on that page you will see a button saying browse...click on that and select what pic you want to upload.

when that pic is uploaded you than take the address that looks like a web address and copy and paste that into the post you are making about the pic.

to see the pics you have uploaded go back to that upload tab and in the bottom right corner you will see "my uploads" click on that and there is your online BYC photo storage.
