Help, one sick chic

I have a nice verity flock, but recently I noticed that my Lavender Orpington was staying in the coop. At first I thought she was malting but her feathers are all back. She basically sits around, not in the nesting box. She will eat and drink when I put water and food next to her. She will walk a few steps, but lays back down. She is pooping and it appears normal. She doesn't have any physical injuries and she coos. I have her separated from the rest of the birds so she can get food and water with electrolytes. , but her condition has not improved. Any suggestions?

Is she broody?
What's her poop like?

Look her over for lice/mites, any scabs or injury to the feet (bottom of feet too), see that her crop is emptying.
Has she been laying eggs?
