Help! Only 1 egg hatched so far....I

so this is my first hatch, Silkie eggs. I put 7 eggs into lockdown on Sunday (day 18). On day 20 I had 1 successful hatch, now I am on day 21, nearing the end of it, and not 1 sign of another. I was feeling very very good that I would have at least 5 or 6 of those 7 hatch, I have no opened the incubator and have had very steady temps and humidity. Do you think the others still have a shot? It’s just seems so much later than the first hatchling now. I just don’t understand what went wrong and feeling so sad for the 1 guy if he/she ends up all alone. Any advice or opinions are very much appreciated.

Yes the others still have a chance i have had chicks take a day or 2 extra to hatch.

Double check your days. If you set them on a Wednesday then they should all be hatched by Thursday. BUT sometimes they hatch late. Listen for extra chirps. Then on day 22 I’d candle and go from there.
