How are your girls? Any other injuries besides their toes? Their toes were torn off? Any bleeding? Clean wounds daily,apply an antibiotic ointment to wounds(nothing ending in "caine/cane"toxic to chickens). Separate chickens until injuries have healed. Keep them inside home,keep them warm,give them electrolytes for shock. Bandage up the feet of the girl that has no toes,watch for infection as this is the most serious issue. Keep her cage really clean,you do not want her walking in filth with open wounds on her feet. Chickens can live with no toes,not a problem for them. Make sure she is eating/drinking.
