Help! Over 12 hours since first pip

I know it can take 24 hours. But this egg pipped around 7 last night. Broke a tiny bit more between 7 and midnight. No new progress this morning. So 8 hours of no movement. Do I assume the chick past? I can't open the incubator as there are 5 other eggs, one who pipped this morning and has more of the shell open than the first one. We are on day 21 today.
