haha. Yes, we had her last winter, we got her a year ago in November. But, she might not have paid much attention to snow, she would not have gone out in it at all, I don't think.
She just would have seen it from inside the barn. It was snowing hard on Thanksgiving day when she flew up there, and been snow covered ever since. So this afternoon, the snow
cover finally melted enough to show some grass. And when I went out to the barn at 3 to dish out an afternoon snack to the flock...there she was...down, in the barn with the flock,
and starving! And she's been hanging with the peacocks ever since...so all is well again!
Always funny when our young chickens who have never seen snow see it for the first time...they start to run out...jam on the brakes...and stare.
