"HELP" Pecking Problem

I noticed today that 8 of my chicks didn't their tail feathers anymore I looked closer and found-out and saw that other chicks were pecking at them, anough that they are bleeding some. I did remove the injured ones and put them in a cage by themselves.

How can I keep this from happening to my other chicks and how do I treat the ones that are injured???????

I don't really know how to stop them from pecking...b/c I've tried everything. Mine all started at a young age, and there are still doing it. You can put blue kote on the ones that are bleeding and try an anti-pick lotion on the tail feathers, but it's not a guarantee they wont peck eachother.

I know there are special things you can buy,like Blu cote ?? But I have been using Watkins Petro carbo salve ( people stuff) on their sore areas and the other chickens leave it alone so they can heal. Works for me.

Ended up caging the injured one and use the Watkins Petro carbo salve, healing great, I also changed to a red lamp, seems to help out alot. Thanks for the help everyone.
