Disinfect it, put some blu-kote or similar on it and see if she'll wear some sort of eyepatch or hood for a while. Then get rid of your rooster.

by eyepatch or hood, I mean something with protective ability. Possibly a handstitched hood made out of thick cloth--it doesn't have to be long-lasting, just keep dirt out.

Check it every so often, and if it shows signs of getting infected, the penicillin dose for chickens is .25 cc once a day for four days

It's not the roos fault,he is a game mix and she bit him and he spured her and I stopped him just too late, she is only 4 months old:hit

You shouldn't use Blue kote around the eyes or in the eyes
saline wash is the way to clean it.
Going to a vet would be the best option.

Did she lose the eye completely or is it still in the socket? I would get some Terramycin eye ointment [feed store] and use it t has antibiotic in it that can help keep infection at bay. Def keep her from the rest maybe with another calm duck so it won't be difficult to reintroduce once she is healed.
