Help!, Pigeon Won't Move

One of my Jacobins is sitting on the ground with nasty wet poop all over his vent, He won't move and is weak, I seperated him from the rest of my flock, The rest of my flock is doing fine, However my Quail Hen died today too, Which she had an abases on her chest and I think she died due to that, But I'm very concerned about my Jacobin Pigeon
