Help, pip on wrong end?

I have a chicks on day 21, one pipped yesterday and I see him moving. The pip is closer to the bottom of the egg, isn't this the wrong end?

I have a chicks on day 21, one pipped yesterday and I see him moving. The pip is closer to the bottom of the egg, isn't this the wrong end?

I had one pip on wrong end and one pip in middle and both hatched fine but I did have mine lying down.
