I have a chicken egg that is piping I can see his beak thro the hole he made my proble is ants are getting in should I worrie?

ok ty that chick was born late last night it was bleeding a lot. i did get him to stop bleeding but he is having troubles moving around and hasn't pooped yet I rinsed he butt of and there was stuff on it. what do you think I should do

for now as long as no one is picking at him/her keep him under mom it is normal for them to be weak at first and why was he bleeding

I know sometimes there is a little blood but having to stop the bleeding is weird did you assist his/her hatch

I did not help her hatch and have know idea why she was bleeding. but she was bleeding a lot. a nother chick was picking on her so I moved her to a broodyer and she is now walking and acting fine . she has a little blood on her feathers still from last night should I wipe it of or leave her?

go ahead and gently wipe it off don't pull anything that's attached to her and as strange as it is they have bellybuttons yeah pretty weird

but it looks like a small blob of blood so don't try to take that off you will hurt it so if the blood is on its face or back clean it but if its anywhere near the butt area don't clean it off
