Help please šŸ’”

I have done both of those as well as made one of her waterers mixed with nutridrench( I dosed her tiny bit too) i had water with electrolytes earlier. She has a pretty rank smell.. she’s been doing weird head/neck movements.. she’s almost acting as if she can’t see properly? These are literally all the meds And antibiotics I have on hand! The smaller prescription bottle is amoxicillin.
Jumping back in here. Take down that photo (delete it!), edit it in a photo editor, marking out your personal info on that prescription, then re-load it if you want. :)

I would follow the suggestions that @azygous has given.
I'm just jumping in here about what's in that feed container (bucket in 2 photos)? You mention you are giving a little treat? Is that her feed or her treat? I would make sure she's eating a nutritionally balanced poultry feed in addition to what Carol has suggested. Cut out the treats for now.
Screen shot attached I posted it in beginning of convo is her actual feed they’ve been on. Scratch is offered in addition to their feed during colder months. At first she wasn’t eating anything (tried to offer mash as well made with her layer feed) so I didn’t know if I should just put that in there to at least get something in her. But I pulled it out a while ago after observing her for quite some time and her not touching it. She’s finally eating her layer feed. She keeps going in between cat naps and having a little. I cleaned out the little silver bowl and put fresh water in that and I have her other big waterer with Nutridrench in it. She isn’t going for either waters at all. I was trying to provide her with some via dropper. She’s getting worse that’s why I’m nervous.

The weird neck movements and smell suggest a possible crop issue. Have you checked her crop? Full, hard, lumpy, squishy ?
And neck movements aren’t like as if she’s trying to adjust her crop. Her head was kind of going to side to side. I wish i knew how to upload videos I got a video briefly of her doing it earlier!

What do you feed?
Is she laying eggs?
Is her poop regularly black? Black can signal internal bleeding, etc

I don’t know who’s poop is the actual black that was in the run when I was in there trying to get photos and video of sick chicken b4 I pulled her out and put her into the ā€œchicken infirmaryā€ but I wanted to post that to see if that is normal! I’m not sure if she has to be honest my fiancĆ© has been collecting and I have so many that lay brown Idk! She went through a molt(they all did.. some still finally growing the feathers back in!) Attached below what they eat. I went right back to it after having someone tell me I should really switch my chickens to a higher protein so had to go with Dumor and then everyone started getting sick so I immediately stopped that and went back to what I’ve usually fed! I just was trying to remove whatever i could think of that was different around time they got sick. I’m so upset in losing all these birds I have NEVER had an issue before this year has been awful.

Your feed is a good brand.
The black poop is concerning, but if they've been fed beets or blackberries recently, the dark pigments may have caused that.
She's an Australorp btw.

I really am not sure how to help. Her symptoms are very unspecific.
Unless you spot something that confirms an ailment, it's hard to recommend a much more specific treatment than what has already been posted by the medically savvy members here.
