My newborn baby rabbit got a bad punctured wound near the stomach and left bottom leg by the mom, it looked stillborn until we put it under a heat lamp and it started moving, what do i do about the wound? How do i clean it? Is it going to heal? It also makes some weird clicking sounds and it had a hard time breathing.... PLEASE HELP SOMEONE

I am so sorry this is happening to you and the poor baby squirrel. Unfortunately, things like this are mother nature. It was not your fault and you have done all you can do.

So sorry. That clicking sound when breathing means they're pretty much already gone. It's brutal, but you caught the mother trying to put it down.
It's really rough.

Honestly, when I raise rabbits, I only check over the babies every other day or so, and only to pull out any that died. Until they're furred, eyes open and starting to move around the nest box, there's really not much you can do for the little guys.
