It looks like she might have curled toes

Although, I'm just a newbie

When she tries to stand is it her legs or toes that are affected?

Her toes, she puts all her weight on her back part of the legs, she can spread her toes, but not bare weight on them...any ideas on helping etc?

Okay okay, I'm not sure it's curled toes, but if it is, you need to make toe splints! Here;s another thread about this: https://www.backyardchickens.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=72885

You
can make simple toe splints with a band-aid, or pipe cleaner with tape wrapped around it.
Here's another idea: http://www.feathersite.com/Poultry/CGK/Orps/BkOrpChik.JPEG
And
another thing about curled toes: http://www.feathersite.com/Poultry/BRKRaisingChicks.html
Scroll
about halfway down on that last link I gave

It would help tough if an expert had their opinion on this!

***ASAP***, I would put one Chick Shoe plus Leg Hobbles on your chick (There are directions on the webpage linked in my signature line below.) You will need to change them every day or 2, but do not leave them off for any amount of time. Your chick will need to wear a shoe probably 3-7 days, and wear hobbles at least 6-8 days.

Also be sure of good flooring.

A Chick Doughnut would probably be helpful, too.

Good for you, spotting this so quickly and seeking to help

This young, your chick may have a real chance for its problem to be corrected
