We had bought some copper maran chics back in feb that were day old, of the whole lot, 8 look great. But there are 4 that had odd colors. Are these Birchen Marans? Or something else all together, they were hatched from Maran eggs for sure, we saw that. And are the leg colors correct, some people say that they should be pink, but everything I read says white to slate colored with hair on the outside edges of the legs and these all have the little tuffs of hair on the sides of there legs.
