Help please, breed and gender

My chicken in the front, came as an unknown. I think it maybe a rooster. 20weeks old, not laying yet. Not aggressive, but not acting like my layhorn hens either. Thanks for the help. These are my first chickens, so I am new at this.

Thank you all. So, all my “special breed” chickens, that I picked out are Roo’s. What are the odds. Ugh, now I have to find them new homes. I have 4 leghorn girls, that will not like all this attention. Only the top 2 started showing aggression towards the girls this week, and crowing... that’s how I figured they were Roo’s. I’ll find them a good home this weekend.
